Only pay for your order after your design has been approved

Our flags are not stocked. The vast majority of our orders include images directly from our customers.That includes the ability to place an existing design on one of our flags, but it also includes design services. Every one of our flags is made-to-order.

That’s both a good and a bad thing. It means you will get a unique, one-of-a-kind flag product that you won’t find anywhere else, but it can also mean you don’t know exactly what you’re getting until you’ve already paid for it.

Instead of paying for your flag, then receiving your free proof, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with the design before you order. That means you provide us with your design and directions and we’ll send you a free proof to review before you’ve paid a single cent.

Exactly how does it work?

• Search the website for the product you're looking for.
• Attach your artwork and complete the no-cost checkout details.
• We email you a proof of the design for your approval.
• You are able to request as many changes as you want.
• Once you approve the design, we will send you an electronic payment invoice.
• Complete your payment online.
• Your order will be completed in four to five days after payment is received.
• Once complete, we ship your package and send you an email with your tracking number.

Are there certain colors that I am unable to use on my flag?

No! We are a full-service printer, which means we can print your tablecloths in any and every color.

Do you use PMS color matching?

Yes, we do! Our machines can print CMYK designs using PMS Solid Coated colors.

Can you match colors from an existing design?

We always do our best to match the colors of your design exactly. If you want to make sure the colors on your throw table cover match your other promotional materials, make sure you send us the exact PMS colors with your order.

Will my tablecloths wrinkle easily?

Our tablecloths are made with 300D polyester that is naturally wrinkle resistant, so your cover should not wrinkle easily. However, they are not completely wrinkle proof. If you do notice a few creases or wrinkles, it is safe to iron your cover on a low setting.

How are your tablecloths finished?

Our tablecloths are completely finished to ensure they look professional and they last. They feature two different rows of stitches and they are fully hemmed.

Will the fabric fade easily?

No! We use inks that are known for the ability to prevent fading and maintain color stability. Sublimation printing also ensures your colors stay vivid and last.

How should I store my throw table cover when it is not being used?

Our covers come with a clear PVC storage bag. Simply zip your cover in the bag and store it wherever you want when it is not in use.

I don’t know what design I want! Can you help?

Absolutely! All you have to do is upload the images you want to use and tell us that we have free reign to use them as we wish. We’ll place those images on a free proof for you to review. If you are inspired to move things around, just let us know, and we’ll make the changes you request.

How do I tell you how I want my design?

After you choose the size and features of your table cover, and before you upload your selected files, there is a box titled "Artwork Comments For Our Designer." Put any directions you have for our designer in this box.

Does it cost extra to make changes to my free proof?

No! All proofs are free, which means you can continue requesting changes to your proof until you are absolutely satisfied. Only after you approve the design will we send you an invoice.

How does ordering work?

First, choose the details of your throw table cover online. That includes the size of your cover, which details you prefer (closed, open, or zipper back), and upload your images. Then, add your order to your cart and check out. Based on the directions in your order, we’ll provide you with a free proof!

Why are you willing to do so much work before receiving payment?

We know it seems a little strange that we’re willing to put in so much work for free not knowing if the proof will ultimately be approved, but we’ve found after working with our customers for over a decade that nearly everyone is satisfied with our design services.
